The swimming pool was clean and a nice place to unwind after a long day. The room was spacious and the bathroom was well equipped. I was impressed with the quality and variety of the food, both for room service dinner and breakfast. Despite the hotel being a bit dated, it offers great value for the price. I appreciated the convenient check-in process, as our room was ready earlier than expected. I had a pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is located near central plaza, easy walking distance to either areas, 10 minutes drive going to pratunam, room was spacious, modern, clean and had some quirky arty touches in a minimalist sort of way. Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful. There is also a cute swimming pool and the wi-fi works very well. It is a properly managed hotel.

The shower and bathtub is excellent. Maybe No. 1 in Khon Kaen City for the room charge. The breakfast is very nice too. The size of the hotel is not so large so very convenient for up and down or in and out.

Now the hotel is too new to stay because of the smell of new paint. No documentation about hotel facilities. I called the front (or operator?) before check out but they had not been anything ready.

The guestrooms at Glacier Hotel Khon Kaen are fantastic! They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, like free WiFi and safes. The rooms are air-conditioned and come with a flat-screen TV and a fridge. There's even a seating area in some units to relax after a long day. It feels like home away from home!

Personally, I found the bathroom amenities in the room a bit lacking. But hey, that's just me!

I got the internet problem and I would complain that there were discription of telephone number of contact persons in the room.

This new hotel is very contemporary in design. It caters for someone looking for a luxury stay at a reasonable price. It was so great to be in an Esaan hotel that could be located in any capital city in the world. Top staff as well. Great location for shopping and nightclubs. I only hope that they maintain their facilities and keep it in great shape for future guests. So many Thai hotels build beautiful and then do no more in upkeep.

Small complaint. Very poor lighting at the entrance doorway (to keep the mood of the room) also meant that it was tough to work the airconditioning contols.

I chose this hotel for attending a town hall meeting and it provided excellent amenities such as a business center, dry cleaning, and a 24-hour front desk. The staff were helpful and the facilities were well-maintained.

The only thing I missed for my work was a reliable and accessible Wi-Fi in the room.

The hotel is very modern and clean, the staff are very helpful, breakfast is always very good even the coffee. I will always use this hotel when stopping in Khon Kaen for future trips.

stayed at the hotel before and little to complain about, but the lighting especially in the bathroom is inadequate. also noise levels on the front elevations rooms could be a problem if you don't have the air con switched on in your room to drown out the music from the clubs nearby. The grand deluxe room was no different to the deluxe rooms my friends stayed in during our trip, so was not worth the extra cost in my opinion.

The cheap mini-van ride to and from the airport was a bonus, with a punctual and friendly driver waiting for me. The clean swimming pool, spacious room, and well-equipped bathroom were all highlights. The food, both room service dinner and breakfast, was delicious and reasonably priced. it was great value for money, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location in the center of the city was perfect for exploring and experiencing everything. The staff were extremely friendly and always greeted me with a warm smile. They were professional and provided top-notch service throughout my stay. The room amenities were excellent, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great convenience, allowing me to stay connected during my trip. The dining restaurant offered a delicious selection of food, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The highlight for me was the leisure swimming pool, where I could relax and cool off from the heat. the quality of service and comfort provided by this hotel made my stay truly enjoyable.

So many jaw-dropping features! The clean swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. The room was spacious and the bathroom had everything we needed. The food, both for room service and breakfast, was mind-blowing, especially the delicious Thai dishes. Despite the slightly dated decor, this hotel offers incredible value. We were impressed by the early check-in availability and the friendly staff. The location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping options within walking distance. The competitive rates were a pleasant surprise. this place offers utmost comfort and a great selection of TV channels. Free wi-fi, parking, a bar/lounge, restaurant, and a flat-screen TV with air conditioning definitely added to the fantastic experience. We'll definitely be coming back!

Stayed in Jr. Suite and the price was affordable with a huge bed. Hotel in a quiet area yet with a good walk shops are withing distance.

Shower wet entire bathroom floor. Bathtub bath could be modified to accommodate shower head and avoid flooding of area. Staff needs to be more proficient in English as some were not able to communicate. Food warmers need to be heated and not only used to act as containers for serving of food .... nothing worse than cold sunny side up eggs. Food basically all cool or cold. Food and Beverage Department need revamping ... downfall of hotel.

The decor of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with a refreshing ice motif that made me feel cool and rejuvenated during my stay. The bright and vibrant colors added a lively touch to the general areas, creating a cheerful atmosphere. The hotel's accessibility was also a plus for senior people like myself, as everything was conveniently located and easy to navigate.

I would have appreciated if the staff had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests. Perhaps the children working there could have been more proactive in assisting us with our luggage or offering any additional support that may have been required.
